  • Do you have a size chart for clothing and accessories?

    Size charts are included on each product page. Scroll through the images for the specific product to find the size chart for that item.

  • Where is the store located?

    We are an online shop, no physical store location. To cut costs and to deliver products to you at wholesale prices, we ship all products directly from the manufacturer to your door. 

  • Do you deliver internationally?

    We ship products worldwide every day. Shipping is available for all countries around the world

  • What is the shipping price?

    We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over $50. The shipping cost for all U.S. domestic orders under $50 is on a tiered rate as follows:

    $0 - $7.99 : $2.99 shipping

    $8.00 - $25.99 : $5.99 shipping

    $26.00 - $49.99 : $7.99 shipping 

    The shipping cost for all international orders under $50 is as follows:

    $0 - $49.99 : $10.99 shipping

     

  • How long does delivery take?

    Shipping within the USA:  Some products are delivered within 3 business days. This is indicated in the respective product description.

    Other products are delivered within 7-10 business days

     

    International customers: 7-20 business days

    Processing time: 1-3 business days

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation, along with the  tracking details for your order. You can check the status of your order any time on our TRACK ORDER page.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

  • What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

    Please EMAIL US with your order number and a photo/video of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement for you. 

  • What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

    Please EMAIL US with your order number and the style you've incorrectly received. Once we receive your request we will ensure you receive your original order. 

  • What currency do I pay with?

    All prices are charged in US dollars.

  • I don't use PayPal. How can I pay by credit/debit card?

    If you want to pay with your credit/debit card without signing up with PayPal, you should click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

    Your credit card information is only available to PayPal to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
